Bongobongo Aviator: how to log in, deposit and claim the rain
BongoBongo is the Kenyan site that lets you fly the plane for one shilling and drops free bets into the chat every day. Here is the full route: account, login, paybill 499995, the KSh 1 stake, how the Aviator Rain terms work, withdrawal and the tax.
Bongobongo Aviator is the cheapest way to fly the plane with real money in Kenya: KSh 1 a bet on BongoBongo's own Aviator page, KSh 10 to deposit, and free bets dropped into the chat daily under a promotion called Aviator Rain. BongoBongo is a smaller operator than Betika, run out of Nairobi by Kensen Limited with sister sites in Zambia and Uganda, and it has leaned on Aviator harder than almost anyone. Brian has kept an account there since the Kenyan site added the game in late 2023. This page covers where the game is, registering, logging in, paybill 499995, the stakes, the real terms on the rain, withdrawals and tax.
Where Aviator sits on Bongobongo
Open bongobongo.ke on a phone. The menu bar reads Sports, Live, Casino, Virtuals, Promotions, roughly in that order, and Aviator usually has a banner on the home page as well. Tap Casino and Aviator is the first tile. The direct address is bongobongo.ke/game/info/spribe-aviator, the page Google shows as a sitelink. The site also calls the game "kandege", the Sheng name, which is how the chat describes it.
The game page gives two buttons: Play Now for real money and Free Play for the demo, which works without an account, more generous than most Kenyan sites. Logged in, it is the official Spribe build in a frame: red plane, two bet panels, live bets, chat, colour-coded round history. There is no separate casino wallet, so the balance you bet on football is the balance Aviator draws from.
Every Kenyan site puts Aviator somewhere in the top bar. BongoBongo puts it there and on the home page.
One thing BongoBongo has that Betika does not: JetX, the SmartSoft crash game with three bet panels and a progressive jackpot, a few tiles along. Our global JetX page explains how differently it plays.
Registering with your Safaricom number
You need a Safaricom number, your ID number and to be 18 or older. The review we checked says Airtel lines are not supported at registration even though Airtel appears in the footer, so use a Safaricom line. One account per person.
- Open bongobongo.ke and tap Join. It is the button top right on every page, next to Log in.
- Enter your Safaricom number. Use the line you will deposit from, because paybill deposits are matched to the registered number.
- Choose a password and tick the age and consent box. BongoBongo accepts a short numeric password; a longer one is a better idea.
- Enter the SMS verification code. It lands within seconds on a live line. Enter it and the account is open immediately.
- Open Casino, then Aviator. Use Free Play for a few rounds first if you are new.
Bongobongo Aviator login
Aviator has no login of its own at BongoBongo. It uses your ordinary account, password and balance.
Go to bongobongo.ke, tap Log in, enter your Safaricom number as 07XXXXXXXX and your password, confirm, then Casino and Aviator. The session stays open for days, so the game-page bookmark usually drops you straight in.
When it fails: the number format (0712345678, no +254, no spaces), the password (tap Forgotten your password, enter the registered number, follow the SMS, set a new one), a lost SIM (customer care moves the account after matching your national ID), or a temporary lock after repeated attempts (wait, then reset). And the fakes: look-alike domains using the BongoBongo name, built to catch login searches, collect phone numbers and passwords. The real site is bongobongo.ke and it never charges a registration fee. The button on our site goes to the real one.
Depositing with M-Pesa paybill 499995
The paybill quoted by the review and the directory we checked is 499995. BongoBongo's own Aviator page does not print it, so send a small amount first and read the confirmation SMS.
- Open M-Pesa. App or SIM toolkit.
- Lipa na M-PESA, then Pay Bill.
- Business number: 499995.
- Account number: your registered phone number. Typed as 07XXXXXXXX, no spaces.
- Amount, then your M-PESA PIN. The confirmation SMS should name BongoBongo. If it names anything else, call Safaricom's reversal line at once.
The route we actually use: log in, tap Deposit, enter at least KSh 10, and BongoBongo pushes an M-Pesa prompt to the phone. Enter your PIN and the balance updates within a minute, with no wrong digit possible. The per-transaction ceiling is KSh 70,000.
Two deductions sit on top: the standard M-Pesa tariff, a few shillings from KSh 101 upwards, and the 5% excise on deposits from the Finance Act 2025. Pay KSh 100 and KSh 95 arrives. BongoBongo deducts it automatically.
The KSh 1 stake, limits and how a round goes
BongoBongo's Aviator page lists the minimum stake as KSh 1 per bet panel. A third-party review quotes KSh 2.50, probably true once; the game screen is what counts and it said KSh 1 when we last looked. Two panels means a KSh 2 full round, the cheapest real-money Aviator in the country alongside Odibets. The maximum stake and payout cap are under the settings icon then Game limits; the review we read quotes a KSh 1,000,000 cap on a single win.
A shilling a bet invites the Martingale ladder, doubling after every loss, and a KSh 1 start reaches KSh 512 on the tenth double, which happens more often than it feels like it should. The maths is Spribe's: 97% RTP, 3% house edge, nothing on BongoBongo's side changes it. The global Aviator page has the probability table, and our strategy guide explains why the ladder fails. Set auto cash-out before you bet; on 3G the half-second between tap and server is the difference between 1.90x and nothing.
Aviator Rain and the other free bets
BongoBongo publishes the rain terms, which is rarer than it should be.
Aviator Rain. Free bets drop into the Aviator chat at random times each day. Tap Claim when one appears. Drops are KSh 30 to KSh 500, sized by the cash stakes you placed in the previous 30 minutes, so an idle account sees the small ones. You have one hour to claim, three hours to place, and winnings count only if you cash out at 1.5x or higher. BongoBongo's own page suggests auto cash-out at 1.5x for rain bets, which is sound: a 1.5x target lands roughly two rounds in three. The winnings are yours to withdraw, subject to the tax below.
One hour to claim, three hours to place, 1.5x or it does not count. The rain is real money if you read the clock.
Weekly crash free spins. Every Monday BongoBongo credits free spins worth a small percentage of the previous week's net losses on crash games, capped. A loss rebate dressed as a bonus.
The welcome offers. A risk-free first bet on the sportsbook and a small free-spins promotion on selected slots. Neither is an Aviator offer. We do not print amounts because they change faster than we update.
Withdrawing to M-Pesa, and the tax
Minimum withdrawal is KSh 50, among the lowest in Kenya; the maximum is KSh 140,000 per transaction, up to ten a day, with no fee from BongoBongo. Log in, open Withdraw, enter the amount, confirm. The money goes to the Safaricom number on the account and nowhere else.
Timing: BongoBongo and the review we checked both describe withdrawals as instant, and Brian's log agrees most of the time, with weekend evenings and the first withdrawal, which waits for ID verification, as the exceptions. If nothing has arrived in an hour, use live chat with the reference number.
Then the tax. Winnings carry 20% withholding tax, so a KSh 1,000 win is credited as KSh 800. Deposits carry the 5% excise above. BongoBongo deducts both automatically, rain winnings included. The Kenya Aviator page works through a full example in shillings.
What is good about Bongobongo Aviator, and what is not
The good part is the floor and the honesty about the rain. KSh 1 a bet, KSh 10 in, KSh 50 out, no withdrawal fee, Free Play without an account, rain terms printed where you can read them, JetX next door. The brand is licensed in Kenya and has paid our account every time.
The less good part. BongoBongo is small, so the chat is quieter than Betika's and the rain is sized by your own stakes rather than falling on everyone. Safaricom-only registration leaves Airtel users out. The paybill is not on the operator's game page. The short numeric password it accepts is a weakness in a market full of phishing pages. And the KSh 1 stake is the easiest way we know of to lose KSh 500 a shilling at a time.
Alternatives if Bongobongo is not for you
Odibets is the other KSh 1 Aviator in Kenya, with a lighter site that loads on 2G, paybill 290680 and free bets most weeks. Pepeta built its whole brand on the game: it is the home page, deposits are STK push, the chat is busier.

1BongoBongo
The page you are reading. Paybill 499995, KSh 1 minimum stake, daily Aviator Rain, JetX next to it.

2Odibets
Lightest site in Kenya, KSh 1 stakes too, Aviator free bets most weeks, paybill 290680.
Predictors, and a note on playing responsibly
The quieter BongoBongo chat makes the predictor sellers easier to spot. The crash point is generated from a server seed and three player seeds, hashed before the round starts; no app reads it in advance, and the apps are random-number toys, phishing pages for your BongoBongo login or referral bait. Our predictor guide has the detail.
A shilling a bet makes Aviator feel like nothing, and rounds last seconds. Set a session budget before you deposit, set auto cash-out so you are not reacting, and stop when you reach the limit either way. BongoBongo has deposit limits and self-exclusion in the account settings and prints the 1199 line on its own Aviator page. 18+ only.

Frequently asked questions
How do I log in to Bongobongo Aviator?
Open bongobongo.ke, tap Log in at the top right, enter your registered Safaricom number and password, and confirm. Then open Casino and tap Aviator, or go straight to bongobongo.ke/game/info/spribe-aviator. There is no separate Aviator login.
What is the Bongobongo paybill number?
The paybill quoted by the review and directory we checked is 499995, with your registered phone number as the account. The in-site deposit prompt is the safer route: tap Deposit, enter at least KSh 10, and approve the M-Pesa request on your phone. Check the confirmation SMS names BongoBongo before sending more.
What is the minimum stake on Bongobongo Aviator?
KSh 1 per bet panel, according to BongoBongo's own Aviator page, which is the lowest we know of in Kenya alongside Odibets. A review quotes KSh 2.50; the game screen is what counts. The maximum stake and payout cap are under Game limits inside the game.
How do I claim an Aviator Rain free bet on Bongobongo?
Keep the Aviator chat open. Free bets of KSh 30 to KSh 500 drop at random times each day; tap Claim when one appears. You have one hour to claim it, three hours to place it, and winnings only count if you cash out at 1.5x or higher. Drop size is tied to your cash stakes in the previous half hour.
How long do Bongobongo withdrawals take?
Minimum withdrawal is KSh 50 and the maximum is KSh 140,000 per transaction, up to ten withdrawals a day, with no fee from BongoBongo. The site and reviews describe withdrawals as instant, and our log agrees outside weekend evenings; first withdrawals can wait for ID verification. Withholding tax of 20% comes off first.
I forgot my Bongobongo password. How do I reset it?
On the login panel tap Forgotten your password, enter the registered mobile number, and BongoBongo sends a reset by SMS. Set a new password and log in. If the number is lost, customer care will move the account after matching your national ID, which takes longer, so do it before a withdrawal is waiting.
Is there a Bongobongo Aviator app?
BongoBongo has an Android app downloaded from the menu bar on its own site, since Google Play does not carry Kenyan real-money betting apps, and no iPhone app; iOS users use the mobile site. A Bongobongo Aviator APK from Telegram or a download site is not from BongoBongo.
